How long do I have to request a refund/return?

All orders on LightingFront.com have 30-days from date received to request a return/refund on all products that are sold as new, not including special ordered items. All returned items may be subject to a Restocking Fee and Non-Refundable Shipping charges. We will not accept Returns for buyer's remorse.

 

How will I be refunded?

Once your return has been authorized, received and inspected, your order will be refunded accordingly. This process takes approximately 3 – 5 business days from date received at our warehouse. The refund will be refunded to the credit card/debit card used for the purchase. Please allow 2 – 3 business for your bank or credit card Company to apply the credit back to the account. We DO NOT offer refunds in cash, check or store credit. This adds an additional layer or security and safe guards our customers.

 

What condition does the item has to be to request a refund/return?

Products returned need to be in new and unused condition. Items used or installed that may have wires cut or modified from the original condition received maybe subjected to a return/restock fee averaging 25%. All returned items are inspected to ensure the products have not been used, modified or misused. If you receive a damaged item, give us a call or email us. We are glad to help in replacing the item for you.

 

How do I request a return/refund?

Are there any fees when returning an item?

All new and unused items may be returned without any restocking fee, hassle free. If you received an item damaged and wish to return and not replace, there are no fees and please contact us. Items that are used, installed or modified (cut wires or not in original factory shipped condition) maybe subjected to a restock fee up to 25%. Fees will be applied on a case by case basis.
