Return Policy

LightingFront.com offers a Full 30-day Return on all products that are sold as new, not including special ordered items. We recommend that all items are installed by a licensed professional to avoid any issues with damaging an item during installation. All items that are sold are factory tested and sealed prior to shipment for quality control regulations. All returned items may be subject to a Restocking Fee and Non-Refundable Shipping charges. We will not accept Returns for buyer's remorse. Please make sure that the product you are ordering will work for your application prior to placing your order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, we do not provide return labels or reimbursements for return shipping costs.

All returned products must obtain prior authorization from LightingFront.com. You must contact our returns department within 30 days of original shipment to be eligible for the 30-day exchange policy. We must receive your product within 10 days after we have issued an RA (Return Authorization) number. You can contact us at via our returns system to request a Return Authorization number. Make sure to put your original order number in your request and state the reason for your return request. We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

All products that are not in the original purchase condition, or are installed, are subject to an additional fee averaging 25%, which covers the replacement cost of missing components. Damaged (physically or cosmetically) or abused items will not be accepted for a refund. If items are returned without or missing original packaging and parts, we will not be able to process your refund. Scratched, dented, or damaged items will not be eligible for refund. Items will be tested by the manufacturer and if there are any false claims made regarding the operation of an item, a restocking fee of 50% will be applied. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return, which at our discretion has excessive damage. We will only process requests for products that are purchased at Lighting Front or one of our affiliates.

Our exchange/return policy does not cover damaged items. Items that are damaged and need warranty repair will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy and procedures. Most items carry a warranty period of 30-180 days if installed properly. Additionally, there may be items that are warrantied for a longer period of time.
