LightingFront.com offers a Full 30-day Return on all products that are sold as new, not including special ordered items. All returned items may be subject to a Restocking Fee and Non-Refundable Shipping charges. We will not accept Returns for buyer's remorse. Please make sure that the product you are ordering will work for your application prior to placing your order.
All returned products must obtain prior authorization from LightingFront.com. You must contact our returns department within 30 days of original shipment to be eligible for the 30-day exchange policy. We must receive your product within 10 days after we have issued an RA (Return Authorization) number. You can contact us at via our returns system to request a Return Authorization number. Make sure to put your original order number in your request and state the reason for your return request. We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
Refusing a shipment is not a valid return method, and may result in delays processing your store credit. If a shipment is refused, the receiver will be liable for any lost packages as well as any damages that have occurred.
All products that are not in the original purchase condition, or are installed, are subject to an additional fee averaging 25%, which covers the replacement cost of missing components. Damaged (physically or cosmetically) or abused items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return, which at our discretion has excessive damage. We will only process requests for products that are purchased at LightingFront.com or one of our affiliates.
Our exchange policy does not cover damaged items. Items that are damaged and need warranty repair will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy and procedures.
